Borehole logging

boredata currently performs the following open and cased-hole surveys to a maximum depth of approx. 3800 ft. Note: we expect to add some additional services in the future. If the service you are looking for isn’t listed, or you’re just not sure what you need, just ask!

 

  • electric Log - 16”and 64” normals, single-point resistivity, spontaneous potential, temperature and gamma ray

  • gamma ray

  • 3 and 4 arm caliper logs

  • magnetic and gyroscopic deviation surveys

  • full wave sonic/vdl log

  • dual induction and resistivity

  • fluid temperature and conductivity

 

video surveys

boredata has the capability to run video surveys of cased and hard-rock bore-holes ranging from 2” to >36” to a maximum depth of approx. 3800 ft. Survey recordings can be provided in DVD format as well as other video file formats upon request. We also provide a written survey report that includes still images of critical or interesting well-bore features and problem areas.

 

deliverables

in addition to industry-standard, API formatted fan-fold continuous log plots, we can also provide log data in any of the standard graphic or data file types such .pdf, .jpg, .tiff, .las upon request. It is our standard practice to provide complete log printouts as well as email log deliverables from the well-site (depending on cellular connectivity at the site).
